Nostr/LNAddress
With Voltage you have the ability to secure a NIP-O5 identifier for nostr which doubles as a Lightning Address directly to your own node either running on Voltage or outside of Voltage.
Select Nostr on the left hand navigation bar on your Teams page.
Then click Get Started.
On the next screen you will be asked if you would like to create a new npub or use an existing one. If you already use nostr, you can put your information into the Use existing npub area. If you are new, click Create new npub.
In the nym box, put in what you would like your NIP-05 and Lightning Address to be. All NIP-05 and Lightning Addresses on voltage will have a @vlt.ge attached.
If you just want an LNaddress and do not care to use Nostr, just click Create new npub.
When the nostr account is created, click Enable to turn on Lightning Address.
Select the node you want to connect your Lightning Address to from the drop down, and enter your node password.
Your node will then be linked to the @vlt.ge address you created. If you see the ON notification, you are good to go.
If you still see the status as OFF after doing everything, refresh the browser as the browser may not have auto-updated the page.
